How much money do I need
for a deposit? |
If you're not an
American, you will have to put down as a deposit in the region of 20-30%
but rates are always changing.

How do I know where to
buy a home, what's a good rental area? |
We are happy to help you
through every step of buying a home here. We will never show you a home if it wasn't zoned for short
term rental and we advise you as to the good and bad points to any or
all home you look at.

Do I have to have a US
mortgage, or can I have one from home? |
It doesn't matter, we can
even help arrange a mortgage here through a company called 'Integrity
Funding' if you wanted us to. It all depends on the rates, and what's
easier for you, but I generally suggest you keep everything in America.

Will my house make me
money? |
You will get a number of
answers on this one, we feel you'll break even at the end of the day,
your rentals will help pay for it, but you should make the money when
you sell your home with the increase of property value.

How fast are homes
moving, can I look now then come out and buy? |
All homes at the moment
are moving very fast, homes listed today can be gone tomorrow, so we
suggest you come out and look at homes here with the view to buying
there and then.

How many homes have you
for sale, and do I have to deal with a number of realtors? |
First of all, a Realtor
for those of you that don't know is the same as an Estate Agent in the
UK. The main difference is that here in Central Florida, once you have a
realtor working for you, you don't need anyone else to help, because all
homes are going to be on what we call here, the 'MLS' which is a
multiple listing accessible to all realtors, so once you have found one
you can trust and work with, they can show you all the homes available.
