When you or any holiday guests vacate your home, it will be thoroughly cleaned. This will include all vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, washing & replacing bed linen, emptying fridges, trash etc. All that is required to restore the property ready for the next guests.  
We will also carry out check on items in the house or apartment-ensuring items are not broken or stolen without due reimbursement from the guests.

We also offer a maid service during the holiday for your guests, but this will be offered directly to them and there is no cost implication to your standard billing.
We recommend that your home have a total clean twice a year in addition to the normal cleaning carried out for guests.

As a help to our potential new homeowners and existing clients, we offer 'Push2Talk'. Simply click the icon to the left, and we will call you FREE, that's right, no charge to you at all. This will mean that you can talk with us directly and ask any questions about our services during our office hours, but if you get an answer machine, then leave a number to call and we will do so as soon as we get in the office. Most calls are from the  UK, so please remember Florida is 5 hours behind UK time.

With our company carrying out all work on the property personally, there will be no doubt as to the cause of any loss or damage. Guests booked through holiday house are required to either pay a refundable security deposit or an authorization on their credit card, and will be asked to pay for any loss or damage due to them during their stay.

* As homes here vary in size we charge the cleans to each house individually, that way it's better for our owners, after all why should someone pay the same for a clean if they have a small home while someone has a home with an extra living area, more bathrooms, games room etc.
