DPDgroup INC formed its holiday house management company in 1999. It's president at that time was, Derek Harrison, who was originally from England, but before moving to Florida full time, Derek had bought his first rental home here in central Florida several years earlier. He had the experiences of several management companies looking after his own home, but needless to say they didn’t do a very good job. Maybe he was unfortunate. It took a long time trying different management companies to find one that could do what they said they were going too. DPDgroup INC wants to be able to offer other homeowners the management service that had been lacking in Derek's search. 

Our Company policy is simply, "It's not our intention to become a large faceless organization, instead we want to offer a personal service. Our management company takes pride in its work & treats our client’s homes as if they were our own" 
      - a service often missing in this day and age.
