There are a number of homes that (if state of Florida allow) can have a change of usage made on the property enabling them to be used as short-term rentals. For a home to be used as a short-term rental property certain standards and requirements are necessary by state law. 

We can carry out all furnishing to these standards to set budgets and styles. In addition to this, we can also fully decorate previously owned homes to your requirements and our suggestions. 

Both new and previously owned homes that comply to these zoned areas as short term rental properties, need particular items, again by Florida law. We are able to offer this service, set up all licenses with the state, install smoke detectors, emergency lighting and locks, plus arrange all inspection required upon completion, making you fully compliant with the local authorities and state law.

If you are thinking of this change over of property usage please note that you will have to pay about *$750.00 for us to apply for licenses, install all the emergency lighting, additional smoke detectors and for utility deposits as required, etc.

For the furnishing of properties there are set budgets and are dependant upon you. They range from a starter package of $14,000, but obviously depend on the size of the home, styles and type of furniture. For this particular element we often email pictures of suggested arrangements.
