Holiday rental bookings in your villa or apartment can be your responsibility to book, or if you require us to help you with them. We make a small charge of 10%. We will try to book your home through our web site, but we do offer feature pages for homes. By offering these pages at a small additional fee of $200 which gives more prominence to your own home. It offers complete details on the property plus a unique direct link for the viewer to book your actual home, subject to availability. It will also be then seen on all our sites plus if you have your own web site we can feature it free of charge on: http://www.villasbyowners.com 

Holidayhouse Management is not a booking agent, we help but we make no guarantees that your home will be booked for 'X' amount of weeks. We feel that bookings are hard enough to get, but when a guest arrives, the home must be great, so they will book again and recommend your home to others, this is our job, to make sure all is great, not to put a guaranteed amount of guests in at a stupidly low rate!
