Holiday rental bookings in your villa or apartment can be your responsibility to book, or if you require us to help you with them. We make a small charge of 10%. Holidayhouse Management is not a booking agent, we help but we make no guarantees that your home will be booked for 'X' amount of weeks. We feel that bookings are hard enough to get, but when a guest arrives, the home must be great, so they will book again and recommend your home to others, this is our job, to make sure all is great, not to put a guaranteed amount of guests in at a stupidly low rate!
